About Carey Hodsden:
 
Carey’s family has been in the Hampton Roads region since the late 1600’s as they are among the earliest settlers from England in the United States. Carey has very strong ties locally through business and family and is a highly respected member of the local real estate community.
 
Carey did most of his growing up in Michigan just north of Detroit were he attended parochial grade school and high school. Carey then attended architecture school in Arizona followed by a four year enlistment in the United States Air Force where he spent 2 ½ years in the Mediterranean in support of Operation’s Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Carey graduated from the Defense Information School with specialties in Radio and Television Broadcasting and Public Affairs.
 
Before becoming a Realtor in 2005, Carey spent 14 years as an active PGA Member while opening and operating four new golf course/resorts and consulting on the opening of another. This business management experience makes Carey a “numbers” guy who enjoys the challenge of a negotiation and the challenge of helping home buyers and sellers realize their financial goals and dreams through real estate.
 
As a PGA Member, Carey toured professionally for 4 years and this competitive fire remains in him to this day. The desire to make every transaction a “Win-Win” drives Carey to be the best Realtor in Hampton Roads and his production over the last 5 years is proof of that desire.

The Virginia Realty Guild was created in 2007 and is now in full operation with Carey filling the role of President. The VRG is based in Norfolk and they are putting together a Keller Williams franchise in Norfolk that will be operated by Carey.
 
 
Paige Bias, Office Manager
A native of Hampton Roads, Paige was raised in Virginia Beach, VA where she currently resides today. After high school Paige attended Virginia Wesleyan College where she recieved a Bachelor's Degree in Social Ecology. She began here career in customer service as a Sales Representative for a family of locally renowned artists. She later honed her skills at the area's largest locally owned import car dealer where she served as an Administrative Assistant for over eight years. Paige's attention to detail and computer savvy are just a small part of what makes her such an asset to the Virginia Realty Guild team. Her true strength lies in her ability to manage multiple projects while accomadating the needs of our clients and agents in a professional and caring manner.
